Driving Assistant Camera

Model-Year Differences
A pre-2019 F30-generation 3 Series and a current G20 3 Series can need genuinely different glass — camera bracket position, acoustic layer, and HUD reflective coating all vary by generation and sometimes by facelift. Head-Up Display and Panoramic Variants
X5 models in particular span a wide spec range, from a base screen with no sensors through to HUD, acoustic, and heated-wiper-park variants — which is part of why the X5's observed price range is the widest of any BMW model we researched (see the price guide below).
Repair versus Replacement
