Common Reasons for Window Replacement
Side and door glass is most often replaced after a break-in, vandalism, or an accidental knock, but we also see toughened glass fail on its own due to age or a stress fracture. Whatever the cause, driving with broken or missing side glass is both a security risk and, in bad weather, a serious inconvenience.
What the Job Involves
We remove the door card or trim where needed, clear every fragment of broken glass from the door cavity and cabin, fit the replacement toughened glass, and test the winder mechanism and seals before we finish. Your vehicle is left as clean as we found it, minus the broken glass.
